Custom Lifestyle EnvironmentsWhen your research demands real-life environments, Harvest’s three-room Lifestyle Suite, with a highly adaptable session room at its center, can accommodate your specifications. Double-wide doors and hallways allow for most equipment, props, set dressings and displays to be utilized.
Session Room
• The 28’ x 18’ session room can be adapted to any research design or floor plan required by the method of research, including classroom, courtroom, living room or theatre seating. Room temperature is controlled by the moderator.
• Floor-to-ceiling glass provides everyone watching from the observation room a panoramic view of the session.
• The session room features two stationary cameras and a center-mount pan/tilt/zoom camera standard. Audio is recorded by a single omnidirectional ceiling microphone.
Test Kitchen
The Harvest test kitchen is a residential design, making it an ideal cooking environment to evaluate food preparation and food-product performance. Fully equipped with professional-grade appliances and accessories, the test kitchen makes an ideal environment for assessing food preparation or for preparing food for focus groups.

• Six-burner gas-top range
• Built-in convection bake double wall oven
• Three microwave ovens for simultaneous cooking
• Side-by-side refrigerator
• Dishwasher
Observation Room
Provides direct observation of both the session room and the test kitchen. Tiered seating allows twelve observers to comfortably watch sessions at once with an unobstructed view.
Client Lounge
Includes a large, flat panel TV for monitoring sessions away from the observation room – plus complimentary high-speed Internet and long distance calling.
