To make sure we can accurately reach the right research participants quickly we do ask each of our panelists to complete a thorough profile of their basic household information. Once your information is complete it is maintained in secure storage and accessed only by Harvest for research projects.

Okay, so I've completed my registration for the consumer panel, now what?
It depends on what studies are running at any given time. By completing the registration form you have given your permission for Harvest to contact your household by phone or email periodically with requests for research input. If you qualify, you may be asked to attend a live group discussion, personal interview, family interview or asked to complete a survey online.

How often will I be contacted by Harvest Research Center?
Generally not more than a few times in a year. If you qualify for a live group discussion it is highly unlikely you will be contacted to participate in live research again that same year though you may be asked to complete periodic email or web-based surveys.

What is Harvest Rewards for Research?
Harvest Rewards for Research is an incentive program that rewards members of the Harvest consumer panel for periodic participation in market research. Personal information shared with Harvest for this program is kept confidential and invitations to participate in Harvest research studies is on an invitation-only basis. To be a member of the Harvest rewards panel you must have a unique, valid email address and complete our basic profile.

When can I redeem points I earn through Harvest Rewards for Research?
Harvest Research Center tracks your participation and twice a year we redeem points to all members who have earned more than 200 points. Redemption dates are scheduled on June 30 and December 31 of each year.

How are points redeemed?
The points you earn as a member of the Harvest Rewards panel are redeemed at $1 for every 10 points. Once a member has 200 points they are eligible for redemption and will be sent a Debit Card.

How often can I participate in Harvest research studies?
Participation in the Harvest Rewards panel is not limited, but due to the scientific nature of our survey process, most studies are handled on an invitation only basis.
